MURDER MYSTERY PARTY

BRAND IDENTITY · ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN · INVITATION DESIGN

This project highlights my approach to branded environments. By focusing on how a user moves past a sign or physically opens a box, the event identity, merch and a spatial concept move beyond aesthetics and becomes a vehicle for building an aura of suspense around the luxurious casino Murder Mystery Party.

Interactive Signage & Invitations

The promotional signage for the casino floor uses a forced-perspective 3D structure. The full event advertisement is only legible when a viewer stands at a specific vantage point in the room. This setup turns standard event marketing into a physical riddle, relying on human movement and curiosity to complete the visual.

The invitation is built as an unboxing experience to mirror the concept of uncovering a mystery. Housed in a custom branded box, the invitation inside is folded, accordion-style. This deliberate layout slows down the interaction, controlling the pace at which information is revealed to the guest.

The brand identity Building blocks

The typeface selected uses heavy geometry and sharp contrasts of the Art Deco era to evoke a sense of exclusive, vintage nightlife.

Deep, shadowy tones form the color foundation of the brand, accented by sharp gold details to ground the concept in a high-end casino atmosphere.
